GREATER UNITED

Reverend Barry Harper was born and raised in Fort Worth, Texas and he dedicated his life to Christ in 1973.

In 2009, following years of service with Greater United Missionary Baptist Church, working with the youth department and teaching Sunday school, he became the senior pastor.  Reverend Harper has a love for the community and wishes to continue a great work supporting the community through the church. His family includes wife Misty Harper and 4 children -  Brandon, Calondra, Brittany and Joshua.

He graduated from Polytechnic High School and attended Prairie View A&M University, and is a 2019 graduate of Calvary Cathedral International Bible College.

Reverend Harper's leadership supports the scripture,  "For the son of man is come to seek and save that which was lost" (Luke 19:10).
